What we could be learning right now to make a change in the future of our generations,

is the process of UNLEARNING the idolization of public figures (regardless of whether they are heroic or not), the process of unlearning the heroism that is internalized within each of us growing up, whether it be through family, religion, political parties, schools, celebrities, media, books and more.

The subtle normalization of the adoption of collective ideas of others due to their standing, reputation, name, or story is one of the root issues that have become more and more prominent in our society.

No one is going to come and save our people except each of us individually, by continuing to stand tenaciously in front of our demands, and ensuring they remain in tact, focused, protected and united.

If someone's acts or words or ideas are worthy of praise in your opinion, then make sure you keep the acknowledgement or support toward those acts, words, or ideas, and not the person as a whole. (No person wants that pressure anyways, no one is perfect and people still want to be able to be honest about their mistakes).

Separate the individual from their acts, ideas, words, etc.

No matter who they are.

Each individual idea of each individual is worthy of evaluation, question, discussion, observation, and whatever you see fit as an individual.

You are allowed to doubt.

You are allowed to not trust.

You are allowed to resist.

You are allowed to say no when you were not asked whether yes, or no.

You are allowed to boycott.

You are allowed to hold back your presence & attention.

You are allowed to fully agree with & enact one of the ideas that someone proposed, while fully disagreeing with and while not enacting other ideas that they have also proposed.

You are allowed to appreciate, credit, & adopt without idolization.

Beware of the reach of the global draconian shadow government (aka police/army state). Puppets may look like your favorite "heroes" or "celebrities".
Stay awake please. The like you put on someone's post or the comment you leave creates a whole trail of effects. Respect your energy and your double taps. Respect the compensation you provide by liking and thanking people for their posts. Respect the destiny that is in your hands as you browse the internet thinking the impact doesn't trail. Be weary of the encouragement you entail when unauthentic and deliberate plots of manipulation are used. Puppeteers are not allowed to continue to fool our people.

Hi
I'm that bitter person who feels the need to dissect the shit out of everything to ensure none of my time is unspent rebelling.
Today I want to ask you to please breathe as you expand through your vagina downwards. Yes. Talk about that vagina. Allow it to initiate the trail of your inhale. Talk about or notice how sending it awareness impacts your breath and your posture and your feelings and everything you come in contact with.
Also, the muscle between your shoulder blades that connects to your skull and your rib cage please send it awareness as well. Breathe into it.
Your fuel, needs to keep getting cleaned and renewed. I neeed you to cherish the inhale and exhale that keeps you alive.
I need you to be given the space to manage the trauma and stress and terror you have been being succumbed to
I need you to
please
remember
that you were never meant to survive that which was named to protect you
and to never settle for the idea that
the rebellion is somewhere else
being lead by someone else
and doesn't include your every breath.
Because the truth is that it does.
Us breathing better amplifies our rebellion against the theft of our breaths as a whole.
